The Thyroid Solution - Ridha Arem

This book was alright.

It was big and had a lot of information, but it missed some key details.

There are so many books about the thyroid, and this was one of the better ones, but it was bulked up with a lot of technical details that I don’t think are necessary for a lay reader, and don’t help understand the big picture - it’s very easy miss the forest for the trees when listing such microscopic details.

It definitely wasn’t the worst thyroid book I’ve read, but I don’t really recommend it because you can get almost all of this information in a much briefer and straightforward way in the book “Overcoming Thyroid Disorders” by Brownstein.
